Home 40's mission is to utilize the core values of Montana’s past to responsibly create Montana’s future through business, real estate, and interpersonal development.

Home 40 derives itself from long-standing Montana roots. The first Montanans came here staking their livelihood on their hard work, determination, and the ability to overcome challenges.  These early Montana entrepreneurs  were rewarded with 160 acres to call their own and to build a life with.  Usually, these 160 acre sections were split into more manageable 40 acre parcels. The parcels where the homesteaders decided to build their homes were often known as the “Home 40” for generations to come. Responsible development/stewardship, hard work, and dedication were the roots of early Montanans and their success stories. Our company’s core values mirror these Montana roots.
